The brief
A Penzance Estate home in Hout Bay with great bones and tired interiors — the brief was a complete, light-filled transformation that honours the valley setting.
What we wanted to create
We're designing toward calm, natural materials and uninterrupted views — letting the mountains and light of Hout Bay set the palette.
